None. Any Data, of any kind, collected or entered into the Application resides on Your Device. The Company assumes no responsibilty for the disclosure or security of this Data as it is not in the Company’s control.

None. The Company does not collect non-personally identifiable Data from the Application.

Special Case: Specific Types of Technical Data

While the Company does not proactively collect Data, there are two ways the Company may receive some non-personal, non-personally identifiable technical data:

a. Technical Data provided to the Company by Apple

Apple provides certain Data to all app developers that is technical and non-personally identifiable in nature. This includes analytics, app installs, information about crashes and some other technical data. In many cases You must opt-in to provide this data to developers. b. Technical Data provided to the Company by You

To improve the Service, the developer offers an option to send feedback and bug reports. These features utilize the email function on Your Device and the developer will receive certain non-personally identifiable Data when you send email, including your email address. In the case of bug reports, the email will include a log file that includes no personally-identifiable data. The log file will however include details about the model of iOS Device You are using as well as iOS version and some other technical data including technical usage data. These reports are used only to diagnose and correct technical issues with the Application.

Types of Data Collected By the Application

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain information that could be construed as Personally Identifiable Information, including Your Name and Your Weight and Your Location. The collection of Name and Weight is entirely optional, but Location and Motion Data is required for the app to function. The Data is stored on the Device and is used only for the purpose of enhancing the features provided by the Application. At no time does the Company have any access or gains receipt of any of this information.

Usage Data

The Application retains details about Your usage of the Service solely for the purpose of enhancing Your experience using the Service. This includes details of prior activities as well as stored settings. At no time does the Company have any access or gains receipt of any of this information.

Health and Fitness Data

The Application uses Your Device and its various sensors to generate Health and Fitness related data as part of the Service provided. Some of this Data is retained and stored on Your Device. This Data is used to enhance the Service. At no time does the Company have any access or gains receipt of any of this information.

Technical Data

The Application generates and stores technical Data on Your Device as part of the Service being provided. Some of this Data is retained. This Data is used to enhance the Service. At no time does the Company have any access or gains receipt of any of this information. However, You may provide some of this Data to the Company directly when filing a bug report. None. The Company does not use Your Personal Data.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

The Company will have no Data about You, except in the case where You provide a bug report to the developer. In this case, We will retain the Data provided only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including correcting and improving the Service. We will retain this Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to provide technical Data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
